Withum Acquires New Jersey Accounting Firm MM&Co.

On November 1, 2021, Maffei, Masiello & Company, PA (MM&Co.), a public accounting, tax and advisory firm headquartered in Mendham, NJ, will join its practice with WithumSmith+Brown, PC (Withum), a nationally recognized CPA and advisory firm with 15 offices, and annual revenue of $320M, ranking in the top 25 firms in the country. MM&Co.’s two partners and thirteen team members will be added to the Withum roster and Whippany office.
